Return & Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, the options for returning or exchanging the items are given below.


Damage/Defective/Incorrect Supply

Before accepting the package from the courier please note if there is any damage to the packet, if so, please leave an appropriate remark on the courier receipt.

In case the of a manufacturing defect or a wrong item that may have been sent to you, please email at “info@zazastore.in” within 48 hours of receiving the articles giving the order number and delivery address. Your email should carry the images of the defect and detailed comment of the product delivered to you. The articles must reach us within seven days of you having received them.

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

· An incorrect product has been delivered to you.

· The product has a quality / manufacturing defect.

· The item must be in the original packaging with the Barcode / Retail tags.

· The receipt or proof of purchase.

· The item must not have been used or worn.


Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address

We are unable to offer refunds if we have been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are two failed delivery attempts by the courier and/or the package is refused by the recipient.


Refund Policy

· Store Credit: Following an inspection of the item returned, the refund will be credited to your account with us. You may use this amount against your next online purchase. Store Credit is issued only after we receive the product and validate the return.

· Mode of Refund: The amount is refunded as per the product value to the same mode of payment used at the time of purchase and in case of order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

· The refund process is initiated after the product(s) have been received and validated at our end which would take 7-10 working days.


Cancellation Policy

Please note an order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order after which the cancellation request cannot be entertained.


LIST OF NON-RETURNABLE OR NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS

· Accessories, including jewelry, clutches, bags, scarves  etc.

· Custom made products or altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you.

· Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion organized by ZAZA.
